Terms of servise

GENERAL
•You need an already existing reference featuring a fullbody art of your character•Commission may take up to a month and a half or more depending on the complexity of the model, but I usually finish in less than a month
PAYMENT
Files are sent after full payment•I do not provide any refunds after model has been sent•When I start working, I require 50% up front payment , which is count as an advance so it's not refundable unless when I, the artist cancel the commission from any reason explained•Usually I do not limit the revisions I work with client I send every update and ask if any changes are needed, but way to many or mentioning them really late will result in a chargeINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist,
retain every right to the produced commission and retain ownership of the created model.
Therefore I, the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
●Promote myself with in any place or site.
●To display it anywhere to my liking.
●Post it wherever and whenever I wantI almost always post photos of the model with credits given to the commissionerCommissioners are allowed to
●Use the copyrighted artwork for personal and commercial purposes.
●Use the model, and claim the right of their character(s).
●Use the model to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right rights you had to the commission will be retracted and I may use the commissioned work in whatever way I see fit, which includes resale.The following is considered Copyright infringement:●Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
●Reselling the commissioned work to another party.
●Using parts of the model to create another model without my consent.
●Using the model to promote unkind or unacceptable behavior which includes but is not limited to hate speech, displays of racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, aggression, general discrimination, and any other ill behavior which is up to my discretion.Artificial inteligence, AI
